Having extensive experience using hydraulic presses for draw work, at Bhurjee hydraulic press work design a custom-built press line suitable for fully automated transfer and operation. Many innovative features were incorporated into the press line including patterns design, design of tooling, design of product was done concurrently with CAD files shared between vendors and Bhurjee on an on-going basis. 

The existing assembly line for the sheet metal bonnet assembly consisted of separate operations, all done manually. 

Production of products are done under the same systems with quality policy of “DOING IT RIGHT”

An example of an in-process inspection workstation. Bhurjee uses electronic data collection and PC-based statistical process control to ensure conformance to customer specifications.

Quality is assured by the press operators who use in-process inspection per fully documented Quality Plans. Bhurjee’s R&D Department has the latest measuring equipment, for material testing, load/rigidity tests and many more analytical technologies.
